Refund policy
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact me, mark@mas-effects.com , within 5 days of receiving your item. Return it to me and I will issue a full refund less the cost of shipping.
All shipments will include a tracking code, and when the carrier indicates the package was delivered, we WILL NOT reimburse if you are unable to find it (i.e. local thefts, deliveries to the wrong address, etc). Package insurance does NOT cover these, and we will not bear the cost. We will, however, help you work with your local post office or carrier to locate the package.
